Thanks Jay. One of my goals this year is to help more people figure out how they can effectively participate in the dialogue. Because of this dialogue it is a new paradigm and consumers now have a great opportunity to shape and direct the companies they work with. Companies also have an obligation to train their employees and associates in the art of communicating to the customers. Every company communication in this marketing dialogue is now a either a positive or a negative brand statement and message. There is no such this as a neutral brand statement. If done properly this dialogue can help build, solidify and galvanize brands to levels not seen before.
